Applications for 2018 will be accepted beginning January 15. (This will give you time to get your audition prepared and recorded) To be eligible, you must be enrolled in high school, 9th-12th grade, for the 2018-19 school year. ONLY SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONCE!

Selections will be based on written application and on submitted audition. PLEASE NOTE:  All auditions must be posted to You Tube.  Wind players must post a video file. WIND PLAYERS MUST ALSO INCLUDE MARCHING SKILLS in their video. Please see the Audition Requirements Link for further details.

Percussion, Flags, and Dancers, must post a video audition.  Percussionist, please see the pdf with your audition requirements that is found in the Application Packet link and below.  Wind players, flags, and dancers, may find your audition requirements under the Audition Requirements link of this website. Slots by state and position are limited. Apply now for the best chance of selection as openings by state and or instrument/position can close at anytime. We have rolling registration deadlines. The first deadline will be March 30, 2018. Other rolling deadline dates are May 30, June 30, July 30, and August 30,

Applicants that are accepted will be notified as soon as possible after the first deadline date.  Please make checks payable to MUSIC FESTIVALS & TOURS.



If you use the online application, after you submit your application, then mail your $30.00 registration fee along with a note providing your name and tell us which instrument you play or if you are a flag or dancer. Once you fee has been received, your audition will be reviewed. Please be sure to fill in all of the information on the form and use the correct format for the You Tube link or your form will not be submitted. You will see a confirmation screen once your form has been successfully submitted and you will receive an email confirmation. IF YOU DO NOT SEE THESE, then your form was not submitted successfully.

If you use the paper application, then submit your registration fee along with the application. Eligible returning Alumni should only use the paper application that will be mailed to you that will have a code on it. The due date for Alumni is March 17. DO NOT use the online application or pdf application in this packet. If you do, you may not be guaranteed a spot as we may miss that you are alumni.

DO NOT send in both applications. This only creates confusion and may cause for your application not to be considered. Thank you for your cooperation with this. Flutes and Piccolos, Flags are now closed.

*  Itinerary is subject to finalization the week of the parade.  Hotel, attractions and meal locations subject to change at anytime. Macy's Annual Events determines parade order of march and rehearsal times. Itinerary may be changed at anytime during the week to address safety or logistical issues. The final itinerary will be in your packets when you check-in at the hotel on Saturday.
