Sample Itinerary for Showcase Competitions (subject to change)

All competitions are one-day events and will most likely follow the time line below.  More details will be provided in the performance schedule and final information packet that will be mailed to coaches prior to the competition.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM Registration and check-in begins for all teams.  All teams will pick up registration packets and park admission tickets and meal tickets at this time.

 
9:00 AM Warm-up begins
   
9:30 or 9:45 AM Competition Begins.  Following your team's performance(s) you will enjoy the remainder of the day at the theme park.
   
6:00 PM For those locations that have a catered meal (SeaWorld & Hersheypark), the meal will be served at this time.  Location will be announced in your final packet.  For those locations that have meal vouchers, you are welcome to eat at anytime prior to the awards ceremony.
   
7:00 PM Grand Awards Ceremony   (Location announced in final packet)
