NYC TRANSFERS
To accommodate your transfers to and from your hotel to New York
City, MUSIC FESTIVALS will offer a shuttle service for Wednesday,
Friday and Saturday.

9:00 AM - 11:00 PM - Busses
will run shuttles back and forth between the Marriott hotel and
Bryant Park in NYC, departing the hotel on the hour and departing
Bryant Park on the half hour. |

This schedule would be offered on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Buses will drop-off and pick-up at Bryant Park in New York City.
Bryant Park is located on 6th Avenue between 40th & 42nd Streets,
only a short three block walk to Times Square and the Theater
District. |
The price for unlimited shuttle service will be $59 per
person.
*We would require a minimum of 100 paying passengers to offer
this service and times are subject to change.

OPTIONAL VIEWING
AREA There are many places to see the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day
Parade. You could join 2.5 million spectators along the parade route
and experience sights and sounds of Thanksgiving in
NYC. Another option is to sit in the grandstands, although the
grandstand seating is very limited. The third option is to
experience the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from the warmth and
comfort of the indoor-viewing area. This special area will be set up
just for the Second Time Arounders Friends and Family Group. You’ll
enjoy views of the Parade Route. |

PREMIUM LOCATION:
Toys R Us, 1514 Broadway, NYC
This is the featured Times Square location.
It is located on Broadway in the heart of the Theater District &
Times Square and will hold 250 spectators. The building is
four levels of solid glass windows and has viewing areas on the 2nd
and 3rd floors. Excellent views of the parade route with large
TV screens to also watch the parade on CBS and NBC. The menu
will be - Waffles, Sausage, Ham, Bacon, Pastries, Bagels, Fruit,
Coffee, Hot Cocoa, Tea, and OJ.

Standard Location: Belly Deli, 1625
Broadway, NYC
This space holds 60 spectators and viewing is
located on the 2nd floor. The menu will be Scrambled Eggs,
Sausage, Pastries, Bagels, Fruit, Coffee, Tea and Juices.
