3:00 p.m. - Earliest time that participants will be allowed access to their sleeping rooms

• 9:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m. - Meet a Macy's Great American Marching Band representative at airport/train station for transfer to hotel or, if driving, arrive at host hotel
• 10:00 a.m. - Macy's Great American Marching Band Registration Table opens at Hilton Woodcliff Lake
  Luggage storage available
• Beginning at 10:00 a.m. - Uniform Fittings at hotel
• 3:00-9:00 p.m. - Swimming allowed at the hotel's indoor pool and Holiday movies in Amphitheater
• 8:00 p.m. - All participants must be checked into hotel
• 9:00 p.m. - Get-to-Know-You Activities
• 10:00 p.m. - Chaperone Meeting
• 11:00 p.m. - In rooms for evening/Bed check/Meet your chaperone

• Morning - "Welcome Breakfast" at hotel
  Call back Uniform Fittings at hotel
  Morning/Afternoon - Admission and self-guided tour to the Tribute WTC Visitors Center followed by free time to purchase your lunch (on own) and shop for souvenirs in Times Square
• 3:30 p.m. - Load coaches and return to hotel
• 5:00 p.m. - Dinner Buffet at Hotel
• Evening - Band Member Rehearsal at Hotel
  Dancer and Guard Meeting at Hotel
  Engaging student leadership and music education seminar

• Morning - Breakfast (Grand Ballroom)
  Rehearsal at Teaneck Sports Coliseum & Hotel
• Noon - Catered lunch
• 4:30 p.m. - Rehearsal concludes and Catered Dinner Buffet at Teaneck begins
  Coaches 1 & 2 eat first then head downtown immediately (5:30 p.m. departure or earlier)
  Coaches 3, 4, & 5 eat next and then head downtown (no later than 6:00 p.m. departure)

• Evening- Group Admission to Top of the Rock Observation Level followed by free time in Rockefeller Center
  - Load coaches and return to hotel

• Morning - Breakfast at Hotel
  Rehearsal at Teaneck & Hotel
• 1:00 p.m. - Load motorcoaches and head to downtown New York City
• 2:00 p.m. - Free time to purchase lunch on own and to shop for souvenir in Times Square area
  Evening - Students meet with chaperone in Times Square
  Group Dinner at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Company
• Return to hotel

• Morning- Breakfast at Hotel
  Rehearsal at Teaneck
• 12:00 p.m. - Load motorcoaches and head downtown
  Boxed lunches provided to all participants today at Teaneck to eat on motorcoaches
• 1:30 p.m. - Arrive in Manhattan
• 2:00 p.m. - Matinee stage performance of NY Theater/Show TBA
• Evening - Group Dinner at Dallas BBQ

• Return to hotel to relax and rest for the evening and pick up uniforms.
  Coach 1 - 8:00 p.m.
  Coach 2 - 8:15 p.m.
  Coach 3 - 8:30 p.m.
  Coach 4 - 8:45 p.m.
  Coach 5 - 9:00 p.m.
• 9:30 p.m. - Room check / lights out - MANDATORY

Rehearsal scheduled is released closer to the parade and will be on the final itinerary in your check-in packet.

• 12:30 a.m. - Make up and hair session for flags and dancers
  TBA - Staff loads coaches
  TBA - Members meet in lobby
  TBA - Depart hotel dressed in performance attire
  TBA - Warm-up and meet Band Captain assigned by Macy's
  TBA - Rehearsal of performance
• 5:30-6:30 a.m. - Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe
  TBA - Band arrives and unloads in uptown staging area
  TBA - Step-off to march in Parade
  TBA - Perform in Herald Square in front of Macy's
  TBA - Return to hotel to change, have provided lunch, and turn in uniform
  
• 1:30 p.m. - Enjoy the casual lunch Buffet
• 2:00 p.m. - Hand-in Uniforms and instruments
  Pack for tomorrow's departure
• 5:45 p.m. - Report to Grand Ballroom to begin dinner seating; any students departing with parents following dinner must bring their luggage down to the ballroom area for storage
• 6:00-10:00 p.m. - Closing Ceremony with Thanksgiving Dinner and Dance
  

• Morning - Pick up boxed breakfast-To-Go
  Turn in keys and sign out/check out for shuttle departure or drive home
  Transfer to airport/train station
  
• 10:00 a.m. - All Participants must be checked out of Hotel
