It is the policy of MUSIC SHOWCASE FESTIVALS to send all festival correspondence directly to the Travel Agent/Tour Company, who will then forward it to the school director.

Schedules are prepared five (5) weeks prior to each festival date and you will receive them approximately three (3) weeks prior to the festival .  All groups registering after that time, will be placed at the end of the Adjudication Schedule or in any other available time slot.  Please Note:  Times will not be given out until the schedules are finalized and printed.

Performance times are based on both estimated time of arrival and the order in which applications are received.
